Registering with Bromsgrove Hockey Club

The club operates using Pitchero. Pitchero is a web-based platform that hosts our website and enables team management and communication with parents and players. It also allows you to set up payments for membership and access team only information. By clicking 'Join' on our homepage you are effectively registering with the club through Pitchero.

Go to bromsgrovehockey.org.uk and use the link in the top right of the page to 'Join'. We recommend using a desktop computer to register as some fields are hidden on mobile versions of the site.

Membership Packages

This season all members training and playing with the club must pay membership.

YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR SELECTION IN A LEAGUE GAME FROM 5TH OCTOBER UNLESS YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS PAID.

2019-20 Membership Packages are available now, as follows.

Membership	For	Cost (2019-2020)
Junior Club Membership	Juniors (under 18) who attend weekly training and/or Sunday matches/tournaments. (Excludes match fees)	£95 Single Payment or £14 DD over 7 months
Juniors Playing Saturday Hockey	Juniors under 18yrs who play for Badgers and/or one of our Adults (Ladies, Mens or Mixed) teams. (Includes match fees)	£160 Single Payment or £23 DD over 7 months
Student	Players over 18yrs and in full time education, who play for one of our Adults (Ladies, Mens or Mixed) teams. (Includes match fees)	£160 Single Payment or £23 DD over 7 months
Annual Senior	Players over 18yrs who play for one of our Adults (Ladies, Mens or Mixed) teams. (Includes match fees)	£320 Single Payment or £46 DD over 7 months
Social Membership	*Optional - for non-playing members permitting them usage of club facilities and ability to vote at the BHC AGM.	£25 Single Payment

Additional options are available to Juniors including splitting your £95 over 2 payments, one now and one after Christmas. For pupils playing Saturday Hockey for schools may be entitled to a half year package, with boys playing/paying up to Christmas and girls from January to the end of the season. Bromsgrove Hockey Club operates a policy that no one should be prevented from participating in sport due to financial circumstances. Any person who has concerns should contact one of the following committee members in confidence to discuss the options/support available.

Paying for Membership

It's very easy to select your package and pay online! Follow these steps if buying for yourself and/or a child.

On desktop/mobile web browser

Go to the club's Homepage, www.bromsgrovehockey.org.uk
Login using your Pitchero credentials
On the homepage menu, click 'Shop'
This page lists the membership packages, you may need to click 'View All' to expand the menu. Select the package most suitable for you/your child.
On the package page, click 'Buy'. You will be asked to state who the product is for.
Finally, complete payment by entering your card/bank details and you're done!

On the app

Open the Pitchero 'Club' App
Login using your Pitchero credentials
Along the bottom menu select the 'trolley' icon
This will open the Payments page and lists the membership packages, you may need to click 'View All' to expand the menu. Select the package most suitable for you/your child.
On the package page, click 'Buy'. You will be asked to state who the product is for.
Finally, complete payment by entering your card/bank details* and you're done!

Important Notes

If the Shop/Payments page says 'You're all up-to-date with your payments' this is only because we haven't yet applied a package for this season, so you will still need to select a 2019-20 package and pay if you haven't already.
On the Shop/Payments page there are separate membership packages listed for if you prefer to pay by 'single payment' or 'direct debit over 7 months'.
At checkout, if you've selected single payment you will be asked for your card details. If you've selected direct debit, you will be redirected to Go Cardless and asked for your bank details and address so that the DD can be set up.
Direct Debit dates start 3 days after your sign up and will remain the same date for 7 months. We are unable to change dates so please be mindful during setup when the payments will take place.
Due to the way Pitchero checkout works you may need to complete payment for each member you're responsible for separately. I.e. If paying for your child and yourself you may need to purchase these individually, selecting your package first and paying, then repeating for your child.
