Junior Hockey Camps - Summer 2022
3 Day Hockey Camp for players age 7-13yrs. Camp 1 starts 25th July, Camp 2 starts 30th August!
Bromsgrove HC is excited to announce 2 Hockey Camps running this summer for young players aged 7-13yrs.
**The Camps include 3 Days of coaching from Ex International, National, and National League players **
Dates
Camp 1: Monday 25th - Wednesday 27th July
Camp 2: Tuesday 30th - Thursday 1st September
Times
REGISTRATION: 9am
Start time: 9.30am
Finish: 12.50pm
COLLECTION: by 1pm
Cost
£15/morning and £45 for all three days.
Prizes for all participants and bigger prizes for the tournament winners.
Level/Experience required
The camps are open to all, from novice to accomplished hockey players, both outfield players and Goal Keepers welcome.
Equipment Required
- Your own Hockey Stick (we have spares for emergencies)
- Shin pads
- Gum shield
- Water Bottle
- Warm Clothes for a cold day/ sun cream if hot!
Coaching
Our head coach is Andrew Langlands, a Level 3 Qualified Coach. He's an experienced player, having played for England A, England Junior International - U21, U18 (Captain), and past Premier League winner.
Andy's wealth of knowledge and expertise in coaching Juniors and Adults is well known among us here as BHC's own Director of Hockey, he's also been Director of Hockey at KES Birmingham, Bromsgrove School Head of Hockey 2005-2012, and coached England U16 Boys.
Andy will be supported by our coaching team.
