THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT - We've hit out target of £500!

UPDATE - we've finally hit our target of £500!!

Thanks to all those who have donated including Lauren O'Grady, Jon Luscombe, Dawn Ankrett, Andrew Carter, Rob Warner, Amy Howell, Ed Cantle, Caroline Bellingham, Clive Robinson, Lissie Cottam, Phillipa Lilley, Hugh Mason & our other generous sponsors who wish to remain anonymous.

Ps. As a club we’re always looking for commercial sponsor’s to come onboard. We have several tiers of sponsorship for businesses and will be announcing more on this via our website and social pages soon. You can contact Sponsorship Officer Anna in the meantime if you have any questions about business sponsorship.

Some of our most talented Junior Club players have been given the opportunity to act as Ball Patrollers for Hockey at this year’s Common Wealth games in Birmingham.

Having made it through the initial trials, and before our young volunteers can progress to the next stage of selection, they’ve been asked to attend one of the FIH Pro League matches being held in June at England Hockey's Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre in London. They will receive training and experience of delivering ball patrol during an international match.

THAT'S WHERE YOU CAN HELP!..

In order to make travel to London possible, we’ve been asked by volunteer parent co-ordinator Nicky King to provide a minibus for the group’s round trip, and we need your sponsorship to make this possible.

The target we need to reach to make this happen is £500, and the club itself has promised to donate £250 so we’re already halfway there!

If you are a business or individual who would like to donate to this fantastic cause, please let us know.

Send your pledged amount (along with your name/business) to Comms Officer Dawn Ankrett on 07739108987, who will be collecting funds on the group’s behalf and will update the News page with our running total and a list of everyone who's pledged!
