Rules update.

Self pass rule
- A free hit, centre pass, corner and sideline ball can all be self passes. The pass must be two distinct and separate actions.
-At a free hit, which is not a self pass. The ball must move at least one metre before it can be played by a team mate.
-Any opponent within 5 metres of a free hit cannot play or interfere with play until the ball has travelled 5 metres

Attacking free hits inside the 23m area are subject to additional criteria
- All players must be at least 5 metres from the ball except the taker
- A free hit awarded within 5 metres of the circle must be taken back to the nearest point 5 metres from the circle.
- At a self pass the ball must travel at least 5 metres before the player themselves can play the ball into the circle.
- Alternatively the ball must be touched by any other player before it enters or can be played into the circle.
