You may be aware that the bar has moved onto a new EPOS system, this means that we can operate a tiered pricing system for members and non members. The new pricing structure will start on 1st March 2018. The cards can be preloaded with credit to make bar transactions easier and to allow the discount to be added.

Playing Members, Junior players, VP's

As part of your membership you will receive a card. You will have to obtain this from the bar and pay a £5 credit to activate it. Juniors can obtain their cards on registration day (24th Marc) from 1030am. Emma will be on hand to help you with this on the day. Cards for under 18's will restrict the purchase of alcohol. Senior players and VP's can collect their card anytime from now*

Social Members, Families, Parents

In order for you to benefit from the discounted pricing, you will need to join as a social member. This will be £15 per person or £20 for a couple (living at the same address). Again you can obtain your card from the bar from now*.

There are a number of reasons for implementing this system. It will enable us to comply with the bar licence conditions more formally. It will give us control over social membership. It will allow members to obtain discounted drinks with visitors and guest especially around outside functions paying a higher rate and will enable us to deal with any issues around misuse of our facility or members.

* Bar cards will bot be distributed on Cheltenham Gold Cup Day. If you are coming to this event and want to pay the discounted price, please obtain you car prior to 16th March. No exceptions.
